📄 Terms and Conditions of Sale – TRI NAVETTE

This English version is provided for information only. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the transport services offered by TRI NAVETTE, available through the trinavette.com website or by direct contact (e-mail / phone).

1️⃣ Company details

2️⃣ Services offered

TRI NAVETTE provides passenger transport services (up to 9 seats), including:

• Airport shuttles (CDG, Orly, Beauvais, Deauville, Caen, etc.)

• Transfers to and from the Le Havre cruise port

• Sightseeing excursions (Étretat, Honfleur, Deauville, Mont-Saint-Michel, Paris, Rouen…)

• Transfers for private events (weddings, parties, etc.)

• Business travel and seminars

• Private driver with a dedicated vehicle

Services are provided on the basis of a prior quote.

3️⃣ Quotes and bookings

• Every request receives a personalised quote

• A booking is considered firm after:

  • written acceptance of the quote (e-mail / message)

  • and, where applicable, payment of a deposit

TRI NAVETTE reserves the right to decline a booking if it is not available.

4️⃣ Prices and payment

• Prices are given in euros (€)

• They vary according to:

  • distance

  • duration

  • number of passengers

  • times

  • type of service

Payment may be required:

• in advance

• on the day of the service

• or as set out in the quote

5️⃣ Waiting time and length of services

Unless otherwise stated in the quote:

• The waiting time included is:

  • 15 minutes for a standard transfer

  • 30 minutes for an airport or train station pick-up

• Any additional waiting time may be charged extra

For excursions, the duration includes:

• the return journey

• the driver’s time on duty

• the free time on site agreed in advance

6️⃣ Cancellation and changes

Cancellation by the customer:

• More than 48 hours before the service: free of charge

• Less than 48 hours: up to 50% may be charged

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% charged

Cancellation by TRI NAVETTE:

In the event of force majeure or exceptional unforeseen circumstances, the service may be cancelled or postponed.
A refund or an alternative solution will be offered.

7️⃣ Delays and liability

• TRI NAVETTE undertakes to keep to the agreed times

• However, the company cannot be held liable for delays due to:

  • traffic conditions

  • accidents

  • weather conditions

  • events beyond its control

No compensation may be claimed in these cases.

8️⃣ Passenger conduct

Passengers agree to:

• respect the driver and the vehicle

• not behave in a dangerous or inappropriate way

TRI NAVETTE reserves the right to stop the service without refund if these rules are not respected.

9️⃣ Luggage

• The amount of luggage must be stated when booking

• TRI NAVETTE cannot be held responsible for excess luggage that was not declared

🔟 Insurance

Vehicles are insured in accordance with the regulations in force for professional passenger transport.

Data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy available on trinavette.com.

1️⃣2️⃣ Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over TRI NAVETTE’s registered office.
